At QPSC, students may undertake a combination of applied syllabus subjects, short courses and vocational education and training (VET) courses as part of their academic program.

A student's academic program is established as part of their QPSC Plan, and is co-constructed between the student, the parent/carer and the Learning Pathways Mentor (LPM).

Applied Syllabus Subjects

  • Career Education
Short Courses are one-unit courses of study that are suited to students who are interested in pathways beyond school that lead to vocational education and training or work.  Short Courses may contribute one credit towards a QCE.
